Dr. Kiranjot Gujral is a distinguished board-certified endocrinologist with over 12 years of experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of hormonal disorders. With dual degrees in medicine and Endocrinology, Dr. Gujral brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and research acumen to her practice.
After completing her residency at the University of North Dakota, Dr. Gujral completed a rigorous Endocrinology Fellowship at the University of Minnesota. Her research during her Fellowship has contributed significantly to the understanding of thyroid diseases, diabetes, and adrenal disorders, highlighting her immense knowledge and commitment with respect to her field. She then went on to practice clinical endocrinology at Maine Medical Center, the largest tertiary referral center in the state of Maine. Here, she also did clinical research and was appointed Assistant Professor of Medicine at Tufts Medical School. She has mentored many medical students and residents during her career.
Dr. Gujral's clinical practice focuses on providing personalized care for patients with complex endocrine conditions, including diabetes, thyroid cancer, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and adrenal, and pituitary disorders. She is known for her compassionate and personal approach.
